Global Funds Exchange AD is an investment firm established in compliance with the Commercial Act as a joint stock company and registered with the Commercial Register of Bulgaria under the register number UIC 175249529, with head office and management address at 84 ‘Alexander Stamboliiski’ Blvd, Floor 8, Office 42, in 1303 Sofia, Bulgaria.

Global Funds Exchange AD is regulated and authorized by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) of Bulgaria under the license number RG-03-0220 issued according to Art. 5, par. 2 and 3, and Art. 6 of Markets in Financial Instruments Act. The license of Global Funds Exchange AD is fully MiFID compliant (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) and hence Global Funds Exchange AD is legally authorized to provide its products and services within the European Union and the European Economic Area.
